Tim graduated from McGill University in 1985 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1988 he founded Forensic Dynamics Inc., a leading forensic engineering firm in Canada. In 1999, he founded Traction Technologies and has been our president and CEO since inception.

Donna has twenty-five years of experience in a wide range of financial management positions. She served as CFO of GrowthWorks prior to joining the Investment Team in 2000. She obtained her CA designation in 1986 and was a manager with Deloitte and Touche. Earlier in her career she worked in mergers and acquisitions and international finance with Monsanto Company.

Tom Mitchell has founded, financed and lead several tech start-ups and aided early stage companies from concept through R&D to manufacturing, sales, growth and exits. He has had roles as Board Chair, CEO, COO, Director, and VP with expertise and passion in corporate strategy, financing, marketing, technology licensing, intellectual property, technology and manufacturing. He has broad domain knowledge and an extensive network. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Management Science from the University of Waterloo and annually teaches an advanced management course for technologists and engineers.

Bud Smith, QC is a Kamloops based businessman who has extensive experience in both federal and provincial public service. He has been an MLA for Kamloops, a Reginal Economic Development/Attorney General Cabinet Minister, and a Director/Officer for many companies. Mr. Smith's business and consulting interests include engineering, travel, mine exploration, house construction, mortgage financing and general counsel. He is a Law Society of BC member and an active community volunteer.

Bob has over 20 years experience within the Transportation Industry. He has an extensive knowledge of the business, and has held a wide range of senior operating and financial management positions for business throughout western Canada. Bob graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration.
